I have delivered agronomy services for over 15 years. I now focus on working with farms that are or want to adopt more regenerative farming methods. I have expertise in soil health and biology and how to integrate this into commercial farming. I work with my customers to help manage the transition at a speed with which they are comfortable so they see progress and results without compromising margins. Fundamentally I facilitate a systems approach to change.

I've been a student of soil & plant health for 20 years, and it is integrated into my agronomy services. Identifying soil health issues is fundamental to everything I do. Additionally, I'm developing expertise in crop health and using nutrition rather than 'cides to improve crop disease and insect resistance. Soil and sap analysis and interpretation are integral to this. I offer bespoke consultancy on soil health, biology and how to make improvements. I'm currently involved in delivering these services on behalf of Natural England, Soil Association Exchange, Severn Trent and Thames Water.
I have come to understand that soil biology is THE KEY component to truly regenerative farming. I'm an student of Dr Elaine Ingham's Soil Food Web School and offer services based on her and others work on compost making, assessment of soil biology using microscopy. I have worked with many farmers building biological compost and making compost extracts and teas.
Regenerative farming is much more than the crop and the soil - It is systems approach to managing the land. I've been helping farmers and NGO's improve biodiversity and natural resources at the farm and landscape level for over 20 years. I offer bespoke project management or straightforward agri-environment scheme application support.
